A difficult day for me today… my first funeral since that of my wife. At it, my co-worker played two pieces on the accordion for his late father. The second was accompanied by his stepson singing “My Love is Like a Red Red Rose” – it was one of the most amazing things I’ve ever seen. Needless to say, I will be adding this to my setlist. It was an honour to have been a part of this.
